Yes. For pergolas, bespoke structures and larger installations we carry out an on-site review of the outdoor space. This lets us assess access, ground conditions, dimensions and how you intend to use the structure, so the written proposal is accurate and realistic before any work is scheduled.

CedarCraft Builds is based at 150A Plumstead Common Road, London, SE18 7DY, and works with residential customers across London and the surrounding area. If you are unsure whether your location is covered, please get in touch and we will let you know.

Material requirements are set out in your written proposal for each project. Where materials are included, this is stated clearly along with the specification. For bespoke projects, particular material choices or upgrades may affect pricing, and we will always confirm this in writing before work begins.

Timelines depend on the scope and complexity of the structure. A privacy screen installation is usually completed quickly, while a bespoke garden structure takes longer. Your written proposal includes an indicative timeline, and we keep you informed of scheduling throughout.

Project packages can be paid securely online through our payment provider, Stripe. Larger or bespoke projects are confirmed in writing with agreed payment arrangements. We do not store your card details, and all online payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout.

No. All projects are delivered as one-time residential construction services. CedarCraft Builds does not offer subscriptions, maintenance plans, recurring billing arrangements or membership programmes. Each project has a defined scope and a clear, one-off cost.

Absolutely. Customisation is central to what we do. From dimensions and timber detailing to layout and finish, structures are tailored to the layout of your property and the way you want to use your garden. Bespoke projects are scoped individually and confirmed in a written proposal.
